Mullen High School, a private institution in Denver with a proud athletic tradition, wanted to strengthen its connection with local youth while creating new opportunities for student recruitment and community engagement.
They partnered with Bonded Experiences to design and produce a series of middle school athletic camps that would showcase the school’s facilities, coaching excellence, and commitment to developing young athletes.
The goal was two fold:
Recruiting: Create meaningful touchpoints with potential future Mustang students and athletes.
Community Engagement: Demonstrate Mullen’s investment in local youth through fun, high-quality sports programming.
Our Approach

Program Design: Developed three themed camps — Sprints, Field Events, and Cross Country — tailored for middle school athletes.
Revenue Model: Built a sustainable structure where registration fees supported the coaching staff, creating new income opportunities while keeping camp fees affordable for families.
Experience Curation: Focused on a welcoming, community-driven experience that highlighted Mullen’s athletic facilities and culture.
